Set Healthy Boundaries



It is vital and necessary to set healthy boundaries and the people we allow in our life.

We are responsible for setting and honoring our boundaries, what we will accept and won’t accept in our life.

Our time and energy are precious. Boundaries are our personal space and it need to be respected. Know our limits, when to give, when to say no and when enough is enough.

Our boundaries won’t scare the right people away, and the right people will respect and honour it with us.

Don’t be a toxic person. Avoid being insensitive, thoughtless, cruel, disrespectful, and abusive.

Be an understanding person in not violating or crossing people's boundaries.

Always respect people's personal space and their boundaries.
